This is created from annoymous sales data from MSL of the dates people bought membership
This works, however because not all Membership is bought on MSL (some is bought on box office and those people are just added manually to the members list), the numbers here don’t reflect the number of members. Moreover, there is only a 50 member difference for 19/20, however there is a 110 member difference for 18/19.
By multiplying each membership for 18/19 by 1.3, and for 19/20 by 1.1, we get this graph which really shows the big push we made for fresher’s to buy membership.

Well I think it is interesting, but there is a point. With a lot of membership data we have is taken in january of the year. With combining this data we can make a pretty good guess of the year’s membership. If the membership number is on Jan 10th, we know that it is only 83% of the final value. Hopefully we can try and get more data on when people buy membership to improve this method.
